From 1 January 2009 all staff employed in licensed premises in Queensland must hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training certificate issued by an approved trainer. Anyone who acts as an Approved Manager (Liquor) must also have a current Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV) training certificate.
